singe cell charging is easy.
just take any variable power supply,
set max voltage as 3.8v, and max current as 10A or less.
stop charging when charge current goes under 0.5A. If you dont stop charging after current goes below 0.5A, nothing bad happens, so you dont have to sit there watching the process. it might just take a little longer if you dont.
charge each cell one by one with the above method.
how long it takes depends on how far out of balance the cells are.

oh, the above assumes that you have thundersky cells (i assume thats what mountain chen uses?)
if they arent, set max voltage as 3.6v.
the rest is the same.

i own one of the 2nd one, its the 3rd most useful tool i have (after my trusty clamp meter, and my AH counter).
if you have no BMS, i recommend buying a lab power supply (actually, i recommend buying a BMS aswell).
