I have been moved to a new site at my job where it requires me to make patrol rounds with an electric vehicle golf cart. This is something that I am going to have to get used to now, driving electric vehicles as patrol vehicles, wow.
I never thought that would happen to me :) anyway long story short......
I noticed the brakes were making harsh screaching sounds. Is this because the brake pads are rubbing up against the rotors? I am not sure how brakes work on an ev golf cart compared to a regular ICE, on top of that it's kind of hard to tell if it's coming from the front or back.
oohh I noticed that this EV is fully registered, but what's more interesting is that it registers as 120 for the voltage instead of saying EV for the type of vehicle, didn't know that hmmm. So why is it so difficult to register other motorcycles etc?
