What sort of vehicle? In lifepo4, assuming it's a motorcycle, the BMI, PSI, or Lifebatt cells are avaliable in 10 ah cells and have a 10 c rating or so. A123's of course are the best, but you get to do a lot of assembly with the much smaller cell sise. The 1 c batteries on ebay aren't really good for high performance, but can work for moderate performance and high range.
