I would also love to tow my Model 3 behind my RV but it is definitely not recommended. My understanding is that on more modern EVs such as the Model 3 the regen is always engaged so this will quickly cause issues with current. In the case of the Model 3 specifically there is also no way to fully disengage the brake. My understanding is that tow mode will only release the brake for a certain amount of miles (100?) and then the parking brake will automatically re-engage.
