Any Regenerative breaking options for brushed motors?

I currently have a 36v brushed motor and would like to squeeze as many miles as possible out of my SLA batteries. I once squeezed more than 30 miles out of my 36v 36ah battery pack without any pedaling but a heck of a lot of coasting and not completly stopping. Does anyone make a controller for a brushed motor capable of recharging the batteries while coasting or pedaling?

It has to be for a brushed motor because it needs to be strong to haul heavy cargo.

I do not want to buy another Lifepo4 battery after all the trouble ive had with the one i purchased.
