At which battery bar do you get reduced speed and acceleration?

I have a pre-October firmware. If I drive to below 1/2 of battery bars at 90-100km/h, I start getting reduced speed (90km/h) and a little reduction of acceleration starting with 6th battery bars full.

Is that ok and does anyone else with pre-October firmware get reduced speed (90km/h) already at 6th battery bar or do you get reduction with less battery bars full?
