Looks great! Also looks like they've probably got a little ways to go yet (polite understatement!)

I notice they're based in Traverse City, MI - I go "up North" quite a bit(I'm in SE MI and TC is in the NW of the lower peninsula of MI). Next time I'm up I'll see if I can arrange a visit.

No it's not - other posters about this bike on the cycle forums have pointed out this is NOT a good design from a road-grime point of view. If one encased it then it might be fine.

I think it's done for packaging and styling reasons - not for improved suspension performance.
