I have a WE BL-36 kit Installed and working fine but there is an extra 2 pin connector coming out of the controller. (The controller has the rocker switch and red and green lights) Does anyone know what that extra connector is for? Currently in use connections include the Battery, the Motor and the throttle. If, the connector has a purpose (it must or it wouldn't be there, dah) how can it be used? I've just been ignoring it, maybe that is not all bad.
Anyway, thanks for any help you may be able to provide.

Probably the brakes

My first thought was brake-inhibit as well. If you jump directly from one pin to the other and close the circuit, it should shut-off the controller. No harm in leaving it un-connected. If you want to use it, you will need a brake lever with switch, wiring, and a connector.
Thanks for the insight. I think I'll just continue to ignore it.
