It was shown at the EVS24 meeting currently happening in Stavanger Norway (hence the Norwegian article). The article says this new bike will be 74 volts rather than 48 volts, a 55 HP drive train,
Cost: 20-25,000 Euro (US$34,000 or so)

Not much detail but sounds like more fairing and a higher top end speed.
