I have just auctioned and won a gio electric scooter, I payed 500 including delivery, is there a grey limiter wire in this scooter, and where is it located?

If you have one it will be coming out of the controller to a gray plug and back to the controller. Unpug it or rotate the plug to avoid a connection.
