I have tried and tried to get a response from ping and I guess there out of business are something is wrong with the e-mail does anyone know about the quality of the lifepo4 batteries they make are if they make a 12volt 50 amp hour battery thanks for any help Jason.

I've never seen them offer a battery with that many amp-hours nor one that's only 12 volts.
There are other sellers. For example elitepowersolutions has a 12v 40ah pack IIRC
