How To Remove The Speed Limiter On The Daymak Austin

I recently have gotten a Daymak Austin and am loving it... One thing thought... I would love to make it go faster then 32 km :( It stops when its up to that. If anyone knows how to remove that Speed Limiter please tell me!!
