Need a service manual for an EV Global folding mini -- any hope at all?

Even a circuit diagram might save this bike. It's mechanically and cosmetically fine, but needs electrical help. If you have a service manual, or can point me to one, I'll be very grateful.

Please specify 24 or 36V.
