Am considering buying one of these scooters. Has anyone had experience with them or advise of things I should know (good or bad!!)

Haven't seen one of those specifically.. however it's one of the zillion or so nearly identically built but differently branded bikes of that sort.
Answering generically..
Do you have hills? It's unlikely to be a hill climber (note their stated hill climability).
It doesn't give the capacity of the battery pack, only the voltage. If the capacity (Amp-Hours) is much less than 50 AH then be suspicious of range claims. Also the typical pattern of these makers is to quote speed & range as the longest range ever achieved and the highest speed ever achieved but obviously you cannot get both at the same time. Typically you'll ride at the highest speed so cut back the expected range by 1/2 or so.
