Appropriate places for commercialized postings on V

In the following post the commercial nature of that post is mentioned... But rather than reply there (and hijack SkyEnergy's post) I'm following it up over here.

And the reason it's okay is that it's in the marketplace section. The rule is marketplace==commercial && everywhereElse==nonCommercial .. that is with the caveat that there's a fuzzy line in the middle.
