I believe this is good news for the owners of the bikes:

Providing New Vectrix LLC is the winning bidder they have also agreed to extend warranty coverage on the Vectrix vehicles previously sold to dealers and consumers up to a $2,000,000 cap for claims filed 60 days post-petition.

I don't know much about the procedure, but this is also good for the staff and the company, right?

Re: Vectrix Enres Into Asset Purchase Agreement

Wondering if this would have any impact on my "as is-no warranty" scoot bought new off of the showroom floor... Think the warranty would become effective if this offer goes through? The wording "$2mil cap for claims filed 60 days post-petition" makes no sense to me except for the apparent fact that money would be available to cover warranty work. Does it simply mean that warranty billings would be accepted if/when the New Vectrix bid was finalized??

Thankfully I have nothing presently wrong requiring warranty work, but it would be nice to know that a safety net existed if something did happen...

Hi ,
my english comprehension is limited, so I did not understand everything but I think that the purchase is to be done if the new vectric company wins , so is the warranty no ?
I think that the delaware bankrupcy tribunal will demand a bid from a company that would cover the warranty at least in a certain limit .
but it is only assumtions I make ...
let's hope.
