Good way to go from 72v to 48v temporarily

I would like to have my xb-600 be able to go back to 48v temporarily at times. I would like to wire it in such a way that I could use a switch or a relay that would disconnect the 2 additional batteries without physically unhooking them. I guess I could use a spdt switch to interrupt the additional batteries. I was hoping to hear of some other ways to do this with a relay. Any suggestions?

Re: Good way to go from 72v to 48v temporarily

Ok, This can almost be disregarded. I wasn't thinking about the LVC of the controller, it won't run at 48v. I would like to limit the speed of the XB-600 to 20mph on occasion. What would be the best way to limit the throttle. I can't use the gray wires since they don't work with my aftermarket controller. I was thinking of some kind of a voltage drop. Any ideas on how to do this would be great?
