problems with my 24 Volt 300 Watt Kollmorgan® Brushless Motor With Built In Speed Controller

i just bought a 24 Volt 300 Watt Kollmorgan® Brushless Motor With Built In Speed Controller, i have just wired it all up as the diagram says but it is still not working can anybody give me a hand with this
