Hi I know this is old but I've been looking into this myself as i've just bought one of these bikes, I can get ultra motor to do it for me but I would rather find a way to derestrict it myself, so far there is nothing on the web about the motor controller on this bike there seems to be a huge vacuum in relation to this bikes electronics.
The only thing I have managed to find so far to date is that it uses an unconventional cable to hook it up to the controller, exactly what that means is anybodies guess.

I found these on youtube any ideas how it works apparently it's some videos of the pedelec electronics part of the A2B metro.
Is there a way around that plastic wheel thing or some kind of method of producing what is needed to operate the pedelec part without having to pedal.
