Re: New Trike build---Gomier w/ Cyclone 24 V 650 ...
HA! :)
A while back when I bought my electric scooter, I had figured out that it was actually cheaper to ride an EV 30 miles per day than a bicycle. If I ride a bicycle, I need to refill liver and muscle glycogen supplies through eating. 2-3 pieces of fruit EXTRA every day costs $1.00-$1.50 per ride. According to my power meter, plugging in to the grid at my local power rate costs 27 cents! Even if you replace your SLA batteries every three years, it's STILL cheaper to ride an EV!! (365x3)x$1.50= $1642.50 worth of fruit in three years if you ride every day!

My new trike arrived last week after only four days! I put it together over the weekend and rode it to work yesterday. What an incredible bike that is! You must be thrilled to pieces with yours as an EV! It does take some getting used to. I never noticed how graded all of the roads and sidewalks are. ;)
