On April 27, 2010, Electric Scooter Wind Down Corp. (formerly known as Vectrix Corp.) had another court hearing, regarding their plan for their future.
I don't understand the legal jargon, but I think they're getting close to the last step in the bankruptcy process. Hopefully they can continue soon, as a successful new company.
Here are some excerpts from the legal docs:
52. Additionally, the Debtor requests that the Court order that May 19, 2010 at 4:00 p.m. (prevailing Eastern Time) be fixed by the Court as the last date for filing and serving written objections, comments or responses to confirmation of the Plan (the "Confirmation Objection Deadline").
9. A hearing to consider confirmation of the Plan will be held before The Honorable Kevin Gross, United States Bankruptcy Judge, 824 Market Street, Wilmington, Delaware on May 26, 2010 at 9:30 a.m. (prevailing Eastern Time), or such later date as may be scheduled therefor by this Court.
One more month! (?)
