I ordered a charger from Steve Cloud in clarksville and he won't accept it back for repair. Is there a way to program chargers here in the states? He said I have to send it back to Hong Kong which is expensive and time consuming. Does any one have ideas.
Where is corporate headquarters in the states? The only number does not have voice mail set up yet. I've been getting correspondence from China and thinking that it was from Cloud Electric, I gave them my order number, and they say they have no record of it.
