i want to mod my stealth 1000

ok so i've messed up the stock batts to where i cant go that far. so i was thinking of getting 4 new batts to make 48 volts. but i have 2 problems. will the motor contol hold it and will the stock charger charge it. also is there any way to remove the speed govener? thank toy
