Charge issue, batthot and motor temp

The moons have aligned and I decided to ride my vectrix to work again. I have not
been riding much at all these past few months due to weather and schedule.
Due to my negligence I rode with my tire pressure low.
The rear 30psi, front was 20psi.

My morning ride to work was 10 miles freeway(60+mph) seemed fine. Recharge
seemed ok. 10 mile ride back was not so good. 1/2 through the ride the bike goes
into limp mode so I get off the freeway and park it. The fans were running,
and the rear exhaust air barely above ambient. I noticed the motor seemed hot.
I normally dont touch the motor so I cant say for sure if it was abnormally hot,
but I could not hold my hand on it so I believe its above 80C. I think this
is not normal, but I cant be sure.

Anyways, after letting the bike cool off a bit, I drive back on city streets.
Same as before when I get home the motor is too hot to hold your hand on.
Charge at home does was not normal. It took three times to get the charge back
to full charge. 1st charge ended at 1/2 full, second was ended 2 bars left, and
third charge went full.

The second and third ride seemed ok (with proper ture pressure). I didn't
measure the motor temp, but I suspect my tire pressure causes the motor
temp to get hot.

I have some questions, is there a temp sensor in the motor?
Do you get a bathot, temp light, battery light if the motor gets too hot?
