its probably the fastest production electric scooter, yes.
at that speed the scooter layout isn't the best, due to the inherent low centre of gravity and inability to use your knees to hold the bike true during heavy braking.
above 100kmh (IMO) it is better to have a high centre of gravity to improve cornering and your ability to fight cross winds.
as far as electric motorbikes go, yours will be the fastest if it is already in production.
There are several companies with prototypes that are much faster, but aren't in production, so they don't really count.
