help ultra motor A2B hub motor

i just picked up this ultra motor hub sight unseen for cheap.it was sold as is not tested.the only thing i can see wrong with it is a small cut in one of the wires.from what i've read about ultramotor is they're brushless,but im a little confused with the wiring.there are only two power leads,and a small 4 pin connector,i was expecting to see 3 phase wires and a 5 pin connector.im thinking it has an internal controller.if you guys have any info on this thing,i would greatly apreciate it.
