Several EV journalists have gotten to test drive the LEAF this week, including yours truly.
Nissan LEAF test drive and first impressions - is my article - my capsule summary is they really do have a winner on their hands. It is a way cool car with lots of good things to say about it. It's fast (for a family car), it's roomy, comfortable, great features, affordable (for an electric car) and Nissan seems to be serious about making them by the tens of thousands.
