The comcycleusa ebay vendor states that the actual voltage output of this charger is 58.4 volts.
If that is true, then this charger doesn't get to the 4.1 volts per cell required by Thundersky LIFEPO4 according to the TS manufacturer's technical info, if this charger was used to charge 16 Thundersky cells, then the peak voltage per cell would only be 3.65 volts.
A 60V variable DC power supply, 5A, costs $50 less and would get me 3.75 volts per cell --- still too low, per cell.
A 72V variable DC power supply gets rather expensive at 5A output.
The Soneil battery charger company sells a line of Lithium battery chargers, as yet another alternative.

The potential problem with this Soneil 63V charger is that it will hold the voltage at 63 volts when "done" but not shut off the charge. It will likely need a timer to shut off the charger to prevent cooking the Thundersky cells.
