does anyone know a good /cheap charger for a single cell of LiFePo4 my BMS must have failed

Hi, I need some directions were to look for 1. charger for a 30a 3.2V nominal 3.85V to full Cell ! and 2. A new BMS for 16 for these cells in series !
I bought two 48V 30AH packs from FoXX Power the chargers had the bms in the box and many-wire plugs to the battery. First one charger just quit and I sent that to them but they didn't follow thru !! after many talks with Mr.???? I resorted to charging one pack at a time 8HR. Then, When doing a PM (Preventative maintenance) I tested the cells and the packs are all out of balance!!! No more riding till i get this problem solved! the thought is to use a light bulb to lower the 4 highest cells in the two packs and charge up each of the 6 lowest. Find and fit with new BMS and 5a 48v chargers
