I'm having an issue - I go out to leave and flip the switch and nothing happens. Not red or green. nothing. It was plugged in so it was charged. I pulled out the batteries and tested them singly and total. Around 13.4 each and 40v for the total going into the scooter. pulled wires out of the front to see anything obvious. Did a few tests... I made a youtube so you could see it and to show you a few things that I did and kind of where I'm at. If you can leave me your tips here instead of youtube that would be helpful. Maybe we could skype if you had any tests or something. I could also retake some pictures or video I may have missed.
I hope this embed works.

Could be the switch that cuts the motor out when engaged. Occasionally they get stuck. Try unplugging the connection to the switch from the controller and see what happens. If it works it is a stuck switch. If that is not your problem I would check the fuse( maybe check this first!!!) if that is not it it could be a lose connection somewhere. The last and most unlikely thing that it could easily be is a blown controller. However if your running it stock that would be pretty hard to do!! Anyway let us know how you made out.
Coldem - "I would check the fuse"
Is there a fuse in the tube that the power switch is in? I didn't see a fuse.
Coldem - "Could be the switch that cuts the motor out when engaged"
Where is that? The throttle or the on/off switch?
I should also mention that it ran fine the other day and now does nothing. (I'm just saying it didn't happen while driving it.
THere is a cut off switch inside of each brake lever. The fuse is connected to the main power supply.
Well, you know the power is good at the battery connection to the harness, follow that to the last point you can access with the meter. If it ends at the controller, then check the black rocker switch, and the wires run to it. The Brake levers shouldnt matter, as the LED's on the throttle should still be lit, even if the brake is applied, it should only interrupt motor use, not the whole controller. It is possible for a connector to physically look fine, and have a broken wire internally.
Fixed! You really can't troubleshoot for stupidity! So im going throgh trying different things from your tips. I went trough all of the wiring. i came back to the fuse but thats impossible. you can see in the window its fine. Someone at the factory jammed the fuse in a little cockeyed and it got to the point where it wasn't touching by a hair. but - why would i check that? I clearly see its fine. Nope! I'll show you on my youtube here. Again Thanks for all of your help.
