Munch Racing wins TTXGP 2010 world championship, closely followed by CRP Racing
I don't have much time left on my hotel internet connection so will just post this brief note. The above article contains a full writeup and nearly 30 pictures and connects to several other articles I wrote over the weekend.
One note is - the quality of EV's today is eclipsing the hobbyist EV movement. Of course it's still possible for hobbyists to build their own EV conversion, but the capabilities of current machines are way beyond the typical result we get with a hobbyist EV conversion. The TTXGP for example is heading towards a more professionalized racing model, and it has to in order to attract sponsors and fans and to be taken seriously.
