Electric scooter lowers CO2 emission even with electricity from lignite

The worst carbon dioxide emitting power plant is the lignite power plant.

But the electric scooter (E-Max S needs 5 kWh/100 km in my long time test)
has even with the lignite power plant less emissions than the gasoline scooter
