a great deal of current low-end electric scooters come with detachable pedals, this is used a loop-hole in DMV law, which classifies the scooter as an "electric bicylce", and not a scooter.
this means you do NOT need a license to operate it, or a tag to be applied to it. Saves a lot of headache especially since, chances are, you're not going to be going on main streets with this

yeah that about sums it up...it goes 30km/h, goes for a good few hours...
but trying to find documentation on it seems impossible. I want to know the ins, outs, and...how to eventually fix it!
