I took Red Frame to design the Framework for Long Range Ride on beachside biking path
Draw over the Frame to add on metal frame to strudy the frame and add on heavy battery
and add on motor mount and speed controlller aslo lower seat level and hand bar will be fit
Craig doing metal work chopping and wide frame for large battery then build off the battery tray
and add on metalwork to frame job to fit the battery and motor also speed control will on rear
of scooter frame and add on strong seat post support and chopped T-Steering bar to reduce
the wheel will be replacment with strong wheel with 12 mm dia axle and custom made sprocket

Craig got the new Pipe from Steel Company, Deafscooter done Bending the new Pipe
Remove the Original Battery Tray from Frame , Chopped off the Front front support pipe bar
and Chopped the Original Seat Support bracket from Frame then wide fram for 40AH Battery
Please Dont Steal my Idea on Modding Schwinn Framework and i have lot work hard on modds
if I hear from you copy my ideas, i will not show you in future, because i have many done on it

The advanced Tig welding are Very difficulties to processes work
tungsten electrode got burned and too much foot Pedal controllers
and the filling rod to feeding to arc on metalwork ang got hole!!!
Craig dont want use Mig Welding cause Spray Spark into Fire Hazard !

Here is Picture Frame and not finished the add on metal support & seat post later.
Next work job => when i have time ( add new Pipe and seat post to framework )

Looking good. TIG welding is what my local friend used on my 2 project electric scooters. Once you get the technique down, the results are beautiful, eh?

Craig Added some Metal to Framework get strong also Installed Seat Post & Batt-tray
Deafscooter got the strong Vego wheel and Tire will be install to Rear and Front axle
also add thick metal (see bracket) on custom made bracket to axle and Mount motor
Custom Front Fork to frame also add on strong metal & axle bracket for vego wheel
Here is Computer Graphic overlay before work on real metal and welding on frame..

Ha! That wasn't me. I just "Googled" fatty on a scooter and got that picture. I thought this guys wheels were taking some high stress also. I'm sure you have thought out all the details. It's going to be a heavy weight, however! Hope you will "You Tube" it when it is finally ridden.

Craig Build the new Rear Axle Mount for wheel on Frame,
Design the Front Fork turn Reverse & new axle Bracket
look the Picture ==>>Forward and Reverse front Fork => Compare to strong & heavy support the battery
Because when heavy battery pack get break forward fork, Deafscooter Turn Reverse Front Fork more stables

also Welded glued the Axle Support on rear end on Framework and aligned perfect centered
& Chopped Steering stem to Reduce by 8 Inche down to sit down on seated postion e Scooter

Nice proportions for a scooter that must carry so much battery bulk. I guess I could wait and see, but I am curious where the foot rest(s) will be located. Once that is painted, it will look very professional...which Craig obviously is!

Craig Finish the mod on Front Fork with reversed and new Bracket for Axle on front wheel
and Motor Mount on place then Craig will Secure the Motor Modified to 4,000 Watts Power

Buckeroo Bob, If he shows you any more, he'll probably have to kill you.
I will say one thing, Craig knows his s_it when it comes to E Scooters. Did he ever give you any clues what he was working on in China?

TOP SECRET CRYPTO! I'm sworn to secrecy. Just kidding. Craig, hope you don't mind a little teasing. ;) You are a very talented businessman and I respect your desire to keep your skills and equipment proprietary. We're looking forward to the completed scooter. I'd love to meet your guard lady. She's a cutie!

Welding your name on the frame is a practical way to reduce the risk of theft. There would be no doubt who the rightful owner is. What is the final power rating of your modified motor...if I may ask? Is the odd-even controller how you will achieve 2 speeds?
Deafscooter is Here...
Buckeroo,
The odd~even is motor has neutral-advanced Brush timing system
like 0.0 and 0.5 when motor spining from speed controller's sensor
Craig Rode roadtest it very Fast Accerater and hill climbing _ Today
=========================================
deafscooter
Craig, That is very ingenious. Did you come up with that or is it borrowed technology? Not that it matters, but it is just one more innovation you've added to your projects to make them that much quicker than the rest.
So let me get this straight, the controller advances the timing of the motor based on the RPM of the motor?
Matt
Deafscooter is Here...
Matt, Bob
Adjusting the motor timing will have a significant impact on performance.
When speed controller sensor to allow to contol the brush timing plate Motor Spinning, the timing will self Adjustment
+ Even timing - Less rpms, more torque. ==>> For Power enough on dead start to acceration or Hill Climbing
= Odd timing - More rpms, less torque. ==>> For Speed Ride on Flat Ground or Coast Ride long range at low current
Craig Uyeda

Are you saying rather than rotating the end of the motor where the brushes are mounted, you have a movable set of brushes inside that can be adjusted while riding? Or is this done electronically by the controller? Way too simple a question by me, but that's the extent of my understanding. :? I'd better stop and just admire what you have done.
