350 watt brushless hub motor.. where to get transistors to fix em?

Hi, I have a small e scooter shop in Colombia, south america. Some of mi customers have damaged their engines and I want to know how to fix them . I noticed some small transistors inside the engines. I believe this is the problem. where to find these transistor? Here in colombia I havenĀ“t been able to find them. Is there a shop in where I can order them by mail .. the correct ones.. how to know ?

Welcome to the forum!

It would be most helpful if you take some photos of the scooters and the motors and the "transistors".

We do also need a more detailed description to help you.

If you have working and broken scooters available to compare, then we should be able to figure it out!

unter "tecnologia" you can see a picture of the inside of the engine. I will post some pics of the transistors soon for the forum
