Hi, I have a small e scooter shop in Colombia, south america. Some of mi customers have damaged their engines and I want to know how to fix them . I noticed some small transistors inside the engines. I believe this is the problem. where to find these transistor? Here in colombia I haven´t been able to find them. Is there a shop in where I can order them by mail .. the correct ones.. how to know ?

It would be most helpful if you take some photos of the scooters and the motors and the "transistors".
We do also need a more detailed description to help you.
If you have working and broken scooters available to compare, then we should be able to figure it out!
