Interesting idea for joining such cells :-) However, if that is hot-melt glue, it may melt during heavy use also as battery cells do warm up at high discharge or charge currents. But then again, if cells get THAT hot it would be highly worrysome and rather shorten their longevity...

Bms ask for the value of charging balanced and discharging. No fit possible. The bms come in charging voltage 4.15V.
If you charge to 3.9V and 3.2V discharge. Get longer life. the capacity is 50%. This is useful if you have to make small trips. Different chemical operating at different voltages.
