I'd say that the #1 suspect is a bad cell or two in the pack, followed by a defective BMS. A weak cell can drop the voltage to the low voltage cutoff, if it's really weak. If your bike has a voltmeter, try watching it with your peripheral vision, and see if the voltage drops right before it cuts out.

Patty, you sent the email on Memorial day holiday after 7 PM. Don't get excited when no one immediately answers on a holiday. As per my direct email to you. We got it when we came back to work, the charger is being readied for you. The notice with the bill was sent to your email.
