Anyone know the compatible mosfets for the xb-600 controller? I need to replace one and was wondering if anyone knew the correct specs.

A IRFB4110 MosFet will work just fine and has a higher voltage/current rating then the stock part.

No problem, was doing some research on upgrading my controller and had the info handy.
If you would, when you have your controller opened up could you get the numbers of all the IC chips for me.
I should have done this when I had mine opened up and didn't.
