Electric bikes, bicycles and pedelecs

The bike shop stripped a spoke on my HBS-48V 1000W Golden Motor wheel while trying to dish the wheel over to the center of the frame.

It's a standard 26" wheel that I suppose came with the kit. Also, the bike shop said the length is about 163mm and about 2.5-2.8mm dia. I'll need a nipple too.

What size and Where can I find a replacement?

Any help is GREAATLY appreciated.

I did a 60 mile test on the bike path and a little stint on the soft sand, will be adding http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sOBR-4nRbFw to extend my range for an extreme distance test in the hills.

I need a configuration that will give me 120km (100MI) range. My WE motor with Ping 36v20amp gives me 50km range average on a single charge. I therefore know that three of these will meet my requirement. However, are their more economical options ? For example will a SLA battery configuration of 3X 12v20ah batteries give me enough juice ? Does 60AH of SLA batteries compare to 60ah of lipo4 batteries ?

I would really like to hear different configuration ideas....

I will be mounting batteries on a trailer because of weight.

I accidently burned up all the wires leading from my 6 point toggle switch (made by nikkai of Japan) Since I had to clip the still burning wires off in order to put out the fire and because the wires burned so thourougly as to be unable to distinguish which goes where (now looks like a giant spider with wires coming out of toggle switch.)
Anybody know how to wire this up?
