Serves Manual for Electric Bike and a 3d interactive walk around

I have and idea about creating a serves manual
and a 3d interactive dissemble version

would there be people who would be intersted in buy a online version of both

the serves manual it's self I would sell for $25

and the interactive one would sell for $30
the thing with the interactive one you could achewly drive it and see how it reacts
give different road and weather condions

in both would be included upgrades and additions to the bike that I think it should have
which after I raise enough funding would be available for purchase

things in the works

well here we go again

I've been finding I can go quite far
if I am willing to go at slower speeds

ya get use to zippy speed and when you
have to go slow speed in traffic it rily drags on
I know I use to peddle faster when i was on my mountain bike
in some case even the bike bike was slow because of the limited Gearing

I've also frigged out that the motor should have been more high powered magnet based
as in the ware 2 apostatizing magnets make things move instead of
power being applied around a magnet to make it work

my first cooter died twice

running my electric bike in winter and having it die
I also made the mistake of pluging in the changer for the 12 volt 20 am hour
lifepo4 battery it kinda arked at the plug in I got it out but not
before yanking the pin out of the changer but the chager for the
lifepo4 chager seems to be ok I got anthr cord I plan to replace
the danged once

it was more expensive to buy the parts than buy a sort of new one

I payed $549 for a older model from some one in my city

Better Battery for my Head light

After wiring up a head that uses a car led light
I found at my local "Princes Auto" Store

I had used a battery set from a remote control
John Deere Bulldozer, it was only 9.6v at 800 mAH
not as bright as I wanted it to be but at lest people
please could see I was there

And I now have a LiFePO4 12v 20ah
it is 30 percent brighter
too bad the battery dose not fit in the glove box

it's size is 180m * 140mm * 75mm

it is fat bugger but it definitely an improvement
over the other battery

I got my new LiFePO4 battery 48v at 30ah Battery

about 2 days ago I got my new LiFePO4 48v 30ah

now all that's left is to get case built for it with storage space

with what I have read on the net
it seems since this unit uses a BMS (Battery Monitoring System)
I'm not going to get to use all the power from the battery's
I will only get about 60 percent , so i will have to
by pass the unit when it use but connect it back up when charging

and the big kicker it will add anther 50 kg to the bike
and that's with out the casing

to my best guess will be about anther 15 more kg

I had dun the math in slow speed with the current battery's and these new once

I should been able to cover a distance of
63 km in quick speed and 106 km in slow speed

now it seems I will lose some of that distance

my best guess about 8 to 10 km

I know the lead-acid battery's do not hold the charge as
much as they use too so soon they will need replacing

once I get the new battery's connect at lest for the next
3 years I will not have use google map to find
out if I can go to some place in my city

Here is the Link
http://maps.google.ca/maps/user?uid=110199766877122005042&hl=en&gl=ca

I will know that I can get there and back
instead of trying to use the peddle option

at this point it's not very good for more than 1 km
any more than that and it will take me for ever to
get some ware

so some time down the road I will get a better one
perhaps change it or get some to make sprocket
so I can sublimate the annoyance that the scooter has now

oo the battery size is 280 mm x 270 mm x 170 mm
talk about a monster of a battery

I have include a file that shows how I calculated
the distance I can cover with the new and old battery

Thanks to the folks to who read my previous post

I have the "GIO 500w E-Scooter" made by "Luyuan"

Hi folks

I bought the "GIO 500w E-Scooter" made by "Luyuan" back in may 2009
I've used it all winter

I'm on my 3rd throttle
part of it being a bad design and the other part is the roads
are not take care of very good in my city and I would guess
that the same go's for other city's too

despite accidentally making a mistake of touching the head light wires
together when I was trying to find out how much voltage it used
when the bulb burned out
